Hi-Fin Creeper Surface Lure

This classic surface lure has a slow methodical action with a plopping sound created by the wings rocking forward and back on the retrieve.  This is an awesome lure to target Muskies that have been raised previously, and night time fishing weed flats and other structure that come up nearer the surface. The Stainless steel wings allow the lure to stay in tune more consistently than the original creeper, that had aluminum wings.
